When you call us, you will be given a choice of time windows for your appliance service appointment. We’re open Monday – Saturday, 8am – 9pm. There is never an overtime charge or an extra trip charge. We offer same day service whenever possible.

1. Our appliance repair technician gives you a call when he is on the way to you.
2. The technician visits your home to diagnose the problem with your appliance.
3. The technician identifies the problem and gives you a written estimate. This covers the total expense for replacement appliance parts, tax, and labor.
4. If you choose not to repair your appliance or if it’s beyond repair, you will need to cover the cost of the diagnosis/service call only.
5. If you approve the repairs, we repair your appliance.
6. Parts and labor are guaranteed.
7. Our respectful appliance technician will leave your home as clean and neat as it was when we arrived.
